Payment must be made in advance or at the start of the service, depending on the service. We accept various payment methods, and specific details will be provided when you place an order.

8. Cancellation and refunds

Individual sessions can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time free of charge. If cancelled within 48 hours, a 50% cancellation fee may apply.

Monthly services are cancellable at the end of any billing payment period with 7 days' notice. Pro-rata refunds are not issued for monthly services.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• mesa-plover is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses
• We make no warranties or representations about specific outcomes
• You are responsible for your own business decisions based on advice or information received
• Our services do not constitute professional advice in specialized fields (law, accounting, medicine)

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold mesa-plover, its officers, directors, and employees harmless against any claim or cost arising from:

• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
• Your use of the Site or services
